At
Kennedy High School, students in the MCAN class had the opportunity to hear
from two career speakers, Dr. Chris Nedzlek and Officer Tabitha Sears.
Dr.
Nedzlek and Officer Sears are both Taylor graduates, and spoke to students
about their careers in medicine and law enforcement.
They
told the kids that, even though they both had experienced failure in their
lives, that it was in fact this failure that ultimately gave them the grit and
motivation to succeed.
After
each class, Dr. Nedzlek and Officer Sears had a short meet and greet with the students.
