Truman
High School DECA had its Safe Halloween event this Oct. 25 from 5-7pm.
It
was a big success. DECA invited all Taylor elementary schools to come bring
their pupils and trick-or-treat, play games, get faces painted, do crafts and
have a nice night with the high school students.
DECA
was able to showcase Truman in a positive way, provide a nice service for the
community and it was a great night.
DECA
wanted to do something to connect with the local elementary schools and bring
them into the school so they can see the building and meet the high school
students who care about them and wanted to do something nice for them.
