The
Rotary Club of Taylor presented its Turn Off the Violence Day Thursday at
Heritage Park. It was attended by thousands of people.
West
Middle School band and chorus performed at the events. Other attractions
included face painting, children's ID programs, soccer challenges, tours of
police cars, shows and plenty of free food.
