HOOVER MIDDLE SCHOOL: Quilts catch the principal's eye!

Principal Michelle Tocco of Hoover Middle School relayed some pictures of Mrs Straske's eight-graders and their “Symbols of me” quilts that they made in ELA class.

Each child brought in symbols of things that represented themselves and created an 8 x 10 piece.  They then connected all of the class’s pieces together to make a class quilt, with representation of each member of the class.

They certainly got the principal’s eye!
