The Oakwood Taylor Teen Health Center has moved
back to the Taylor Human Services Building, located at 26650 Eureka Road, Suite
B.
The clinic serves youth living in Wayne County
ages 10 to 21. Services include: primary healthcare, physicals, immunizations,
Family Planning Program, HIV testing, counseling, prevention programs, etc.
No one is denied services due to an inability to
pay. The center can help participants apply to a Medicaid program or sign up
with the Michigan Health Insurance Marketplace.
