Holland Elementary School “Reading
Buddies” are reading and crafting these days.
Mrs. Alef's fourth and fifth graders
have an awesome time working with the “Reading Buddies” in Mrs. Madden's
kindergarten class. They meet weekly to read with one another and
occasionally complete crafts and other projects together.
To celebrate the holidays, the
student made Christmas stockings by lacing them together and decorating them. The
younger students think their buddies are "awesome," "great
helpers" and "fun to be with" each week.
