TNT ROBOTICS TEAM does heavy lifting during annual cleanup!

The TNT Robotics team was again part of the annual Heritage Park Cleanup Day on Saturday, April 22.

The team of Taylor students and parents took part in the fourth annual event, during which loyal volunteers help keep the City's largest park clean of debris, etc.

The Robotics Team, as it had the previous year, did the "dirty work" of getting into the heavy tree line to the east of the park. That area, due to winds, usually collects the most debris.

The cleanup day was created by Taylor resident Jim Taylor, who continues to be the key organizer and event driver. The event not only attracts over 200 volunteers annually, but a huge amount of sponsors who donated giveaways, etc. for the affair.

This year's event lasted about two hours, followed by drawing for valuable giveaways.

A special thanks to the Robotics Team for again "doing the dirty work!"
