Myers
Elementary School’s Student Council sponsored a food can drive during the month
of December. Students and staff from the entire school brought in canned and
dry goods. They collected six boxes of food to donate to a homeless
shelter. The Student Council chose to donate to a homeless shelter right down
the street from Myers on Eureka Road. The group took the boxes to
ChristNet Homeless Shelter, which was very grateful to receive the boxes of
food.
