At
McDowell Elementary School, four fabulous non-fiction readers joined together to
create a dynamic storyboard.
Each
first grader, and a kindergartener, chose a beach creature to research. The
students then select interesting facts on their animal to share on the storyboard
and on the school-wide televised morning announcements.
Did
you guess their sea creatures? They were sharks, oysters, sea turtles and
stingrays.
