The winners were: Kindergarten, Blake; First grade, Gary; Second grade, Nicholas; Third grade, Madelyn; Fourth grade, Noah; and Fifth grade, Autumn. These students received a Kindle Fire, which were purchased by the awesome parent club Randall P.R.I.D.E.

There was a top winner in each class and they received their choice of prizes like King Video free video rental and candy; Big Boy gift cards; a Big Boy bank; Family Video free video or game rental; a package deal of popcorn, candy and a Disney DVD; an art kit; or a matchbox car.

Everyone who participated received a Texas Roadhouse bookmark worth a free kids meal.

Also featured were a prize for the top upper elementary class and lower elementary class with the most minutes read, which was Mrs. Cahalan's class with 17,796 minutes, and Mr. Davis' class with 11,594 minutes read.

Also one teacher won a $20 gift card to Barnes and Noble for the best hallway display about the theme -- Reading and Friendship. That went to Miss Renaud.

Congratulations to all who participated and hopefully everyone had fun reading.
