The
students at Hoover Middle School celebrated the arrival of spring with a little
friendly competition between the seventh and eighth graders at an assembly.
Both
the girls and boys basketball teams played against each other with Coach Bibbee
leading the seventh graders and Coach Jackson leading the eighth graders. Mr.
Seigel and Ms. Henderson were the referees.
The
cheerleaders preformed a routine that they will be performing for the Relay for
Life coming up in May during the halftime break. A great time was had by
all that attended and in the end the seventh graders came up victorious, 19-17.
