On
February 28, Mrs. Schulte’s seventh-grade classes from West Middle School went
to Indian Springs Metropark.
This
trip was sponsored by a partnership between Indian Springs Metropark and the 3M
Corporation. Students broke into groups to investigate a question as part of
the scientific method. They collected data to help answer their question.
Further research was needed.
A
second data collection time is scheduled for April. Eventually, the students
will formally present their findings in May.
