Robertson said many of the people they help run their own small, or micro, businesses and the show is an opportunity for them to sell some of the goods they make. Other community partners are brought it with a small donation for table space that will be used to fund programs put on by the center.

“Micro Enterprise Business are small businesses that are owned and operated by individuals who attend VOC,” Robertson said.
“The employment coordinator assists these individuals in creating a business plan based on their needs and wants, and then will assist in managing money and maintaining merchandise.”
