Heads
up parents! A guest speaker from the Taylor Teen Health Center will be on hand
to present a free parenting seminar at the Taylor on Watch meeting on Thursday,
August 18 at 7 p.m. at the Taylor Conservatory & Botanical Gardens.
The
event is free to the public. Stop by and learn important parenting skills along
with information about Taylor on Watch, a Taylor Police initiative that works
in partnership with residents of the community.
The
parenting expert will be discussing parenting techniques, dealing with
teenagers and taking questions. Please don't miss out on the special
presentation.
The
Taylor Police Department's school resource officers will also be there and we
will also be raffling off a back-to-school backpack filled with school
supplies!
