Miller, seventh-grade science teacher at Hoover Middle School, used the laboratory exercise "How Many Drops?" to develop students’ skills at investigations.
Students
used the scientific method to develop an experiment, test their hypothesis,
record and evaluate data, and discuss their results, while exploring surface
tension.
