All eighth-graders at Hoover Middle School had the opportunity to go on a free field trip to the Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History recently.
They spent the day taking in the
exhibits with the help of tour guides.
They also got to see a 50-minute play
“Jordan Anderson Writes A Letter.” At the end of the day, when they were
waiting to get onto the buses, they even received a short lesson on how to
speak Swahili.
