Taylor Career
Center Teacher Ashley McKenzie has had great success using Newsela in her
classroom to help her students with critical reading, comprehension, and
analysis of critical text. The Board of Education and the Taylor School
District recognized her efforts last week.
As
a result of her hard work and her student’s progress, she was featured in an
article in the recent Wayne RESA eNewsletter, “Teacher Spotlight.”
