Kinyon
Elementary School Kindergarten Teacher Rhonda Danaj was honored by the Taylor
School District and the Board of Education for the many great things that she
does in and outside of the classroom on a regular basis.
Ms.
Danaj’s classes have enjoyed multiple field trips to the petting farm, the mayor's
office, police station and the Veteran's Museum.
Additionally,
Mrs. Danaj brought with her to the meeting Star Student of the Month Edward
Damron. Although Edward has faced many obstacles this school year thanks to
muscular dystrophy, he has made steady improvements academically and socially
during his first year in school.
As
a result of his hard work and steady progress, he is now the top reader in the
class!
