On
April 14 West Middle School chorus teacher Mr. Martin was surprised to be
awarded a $300 "Classroom makeover" grant thanks to Natalie Saad of
the MEEMIC Omni Insurance Agency.
He
was presented with the grant to use on equipment or supplies for his classroom,
a "Congratulations!" cake and something he's always wanted – a giant
check! Mr. Martin is currently polling his students for ideas on what to
purchase.
