MCDOWELL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL: All dressed up!



Here's Mrs. Osborne's second-grade class at McDowell Elementary School all decked out in new scarves lovingly knitted by Grandmas Gladys (mom-in-law to Mrs. Osborne) and her friend Barb.
