Thanks to funding from the Taylor Reading Corps, preschoolers at Blair Moody Elementary School recently took a field trip to the Real Life Farm.
The farm, located on Geddes Road in Canton, provides day camp, hayrides, school tours, nursery school and kindergarten offerings.
The TRC made the trip possible by sponsoring and paying the admission for the preschool children. Teachers were able to make the connection between real life hands-on experiences and the school curriculum.
