Are
you ready? The
2019 version of the Heritage Park Cleanup Day is scheduled for Saturday,
May 4.
Registration
will begin at 8 a.m. and the day will end with a
drawing for prizes between 10:15-11 a.m.
Anyone
is welcome to help in this annual endeavor. Bring your children, friends,
relatives, business or charity organizations. Young children must be
accompanied by an adult. Please help spread the word.
This
is a rain or shine event, so dress accordingly. Wear work gloves. For anyone
interested in helping out with the cleanup of Coan Lake, if you have
long-handled nets to scoop trash out of the water, bring them along!
Remember,
you can earn documented "community service credit hours" during this
event.
If
you have questions or seek more information, contact Jim Taylor at bozko1@outlook.com or call (734) 666-8968,

Heritage
Park has improved in leaps and bounds over the last five cleanups. Let's keep
heading in the right direction! See you on May 4!
