The Rotary Club of Taylor held its 21st annual Turn Off The Violence Day at Heritage Park last Thursday, October 1.
The headline band and choral music was provided by the West Middle School musical department, which drew a huge crowd inside the Sheridan Center Open Air Pavilion.
The Rotary holds the event on an annual basis for families in Taylor. There are free rides, food, performances, police and fire demonstrations, etc. The event is held in conjunction with the City of Taylor, Taylor School District and various sponsoring companies.
